Any Apps developed and published by Develo Design Ltd. Installing or using the app and its related services bind the App User to the Develo T&C’s.

We respect the privacy of our clients and any tracking on our app and website is anonymized for security reasons.

App Users have the right to know what data is held about them and why which is also described in these Terms. App Users have the right to be forgotten by getting in touch with Develo asking to destroy all or specific information held on them. We will need to keep some data on our records for legal and financial purposes.

We process or store the data of the following parties:
Web Page Visitors: Any visitors of the Develo web pages and other resources related to Develo.
App Users: Persons and Merchant stores that have installed Develo
Partners: Any third parties such as service providers or subcontractors.
The data being processed by The App as requested by App Users (e.g. Magento Customers or Orders data), cannot be considered as Data Subjects because Develo doesn’t control the contents of that data. This is strictly under the control of the App Users themselves who are Data Controllers in this context.
