We want to introduce you to our new additions to the Develo team:

Galahad, who is joining as a Principal Magento Developer.

With a focus on backend development, Galahad has spent the last 6-7 years primarily in technical management, mentoring, and leading teams towards efficient processes while designing sustainable solutions. He's passionate about projects that create a positive impact beyond just financial gains.

A self-taught professional, Galahad values learning from others and attributes his +12 years of success to the insights gained from those he has met throughout his career.

Galahad's guidance for aspiring web developers:

Laura is joining the Develo team as Delivery Manager.

Laura has been a Delivery Manager for 3 years, mainly working in the social care industry, leading teams of up to 15 developers focusing on the delivery of projects that improve efficiencies within councils. She is passionate about ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Laura will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and efficiency of our projects; we eagerly anticipate the positive changes she will bring to Develo. 

As delivery manager at Develo, Laura will be streamlining processes with an array of agile methodologies, tools, and techniques to help improve productivity and delivery of our projects.
