Laura is joining the Develo team as Delivery Manager.
Laura has been a Delivery Manager for 3 years, mainly working in the social care industry, leading teams of up to 15 developers focusing on the delivery of projects that improve efficiencies within councils. She is passionate about ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Laura will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and efficiency of our projects; we eagerly anticipate the positive changes she will bring to Develo.
As delivery manager at Develo, Laura will be streamlining processes with an array of agile methodologies, tools, and techniques to help improve productivity and delivery of our projects.

Phoebe is a Designer and Content Creator who has worked in design since 2019 and has been with Develo since 2020. Phoebe’s favourite aspect of Content Creation is creating engaging graphics and videos that blend storytelling and marketing. Her biggest achievement from working at Develo is enforcing humanised content in a B2B business that engages with our target audience. Outside of work, she can be found competing in cross country and athletics, or walking her Romanian rescue dog, Lyla.
