The Project
Teague Chokes, a prominent British manufacturer renowned for high-quality shotgun chokes, entrusted us with a Magento 2 migration with Hyvä Theme. Our proven success, including a remarkable 90% eCommerce revenue increase for Westley Richards, Teague’s parent company, made us the ideal fit for this project.
What we did
We started by conducting thorough discovery sessions, studying analytics, assessing competitors, and understanding user needs. These insights drove our revamped UX/UI presented through wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes aligned with Teague Chokes’ brand identity. Our primary focus was enhancing the user experience and optimising operational efficiency.
Utilising Hyvä Theme for Magento 2 ensured exceptional performance, a lightweight framework, and optimised code, resulting in faster load times and an enhanced user experience for Teague Chokes’ customers.
We introduced a user-friendly ‘Choke Finder’ tool that quickly helps users find the matching chokes for their firearm, reducing the need for customer service. This feature was showcased across the site using banners and dynamic Product Listing Page ads, ensuring effortless navigation among a variety of options, and enhancing the shopping experience.
In addition, we designed customisable CMS landing pages and incorporated slider widgets to showcase Teague Chokes’ comprehensive offerings and enhance the brand’s visibility.
Behind the scenes, we employed a mixture of third-party integrations and tailored modules to streamline workflows. We implemented several improvements, such as a custom SKU Policy aligned with backend business needs, Admin Inline Edit functionality for enhanced backend management, integration of Matrix Rates to finely control shipping charges, and Swift Barcode generation for efficient administrative product management.
