The site was running on an outdated version of Magento, with several key areas negatively impacting the buyer experience, particularly checkout, on-site search, and critical system integrations.
To support conversion rate optimisation, we introduced Single Sign-On (SSO) via Google and Facebook, streamlining login and checkout, improving security, centralising user data, and reducing friction across the eCommerce journey.
