The Project

WeatherBeeta set out with us 4 years ago to launch their B2C online presence. They were traditionally a B2B business selling equestrian products wholesale to retailers, outlets and distributors. 

They needed a solid eCommerce platform that could grow with their business plans from internationalisation to managing multiple brands.

What we did 

We worked closely with WeatherBeeta to plan and launch a 3 phased approach to their D2C project. Working on the first phase this launched a small range of products on their main brand site.

The second phase was then to launch this site internationally into 7 territories, followed by adding 2 new brand stores onto their existing Magento platform. 

We developed a custom Magento extension to allow the end customer to shop on all brand sites with a single basket, allowing them to create unified customer experience.

The Results

WeatherBeeta have grown online successfully smashing sales targets year on year, launching into new markets and connecting with their customers and directly strengthening their International brand presence.

The Multi-site setup allows for management of multiple brand sites, fully translated and internationalised to their key markets.
