The Project

Since 1812, Westley Richards have proudly handcrafted history‚Äôs most beautiful and prized art guns and leather goods which are handmade in-house, in Birmingham. 

With a 200-year legacy of unrivalled quality and craftsmanship, they sell their range of luxury luggage and travel accessories along with select brands around the world. 

We were tasked with incorporating 4 separate company websites into one singular domain, to create a more unified customer journey.

What we did

We brought their Company site, New & Used gun sites, Explora Blog and their Magento store together on one domain and created cohesive singular navigation for all. We re-designed the landing page to encompass all the elements of Westley Richard & Co and created a new style guide which we implemented across their existing sites to seamlessly merge them together.

We also completely redesigned their internationally renowned blog, The Explora, focusing on gaining new users and developed their new responsive in-house editable email template reducing their marketing costs. 

The Results 

The site was well received and since launch, in November 2020 they have seen a 1.8X increase in newsletter subscribers and engagements have gone up by 120%. The new cohesive navigation has dramatically improved their bounce rates and almost doubled their companies revenues.
